David met us at Taino Bay and his colleague Luigi provided excellent and friendly service to and from Playa Dorada, DR. My family and I had a great time in Puerto Plata and would definitely recommend their services.
David tours driver Luigi was great. Go to to end of the terminal past the lazy river and out of the terminal to meet them with a sign. He will take you anywhere you want to go and found us everytime we finished. We did the waterfalls and then a good beach with food and still had 2 hours at Port. Was perfect. I really should have had David pick me up instead of doing things the way I did in the morning. Anyway it was Good Friday and I really wanted to get to a salon and they were all closed. I left in search and spent too much time trying to find one when he could have gotten me to all my spots and the salon. David got us at around 3pm and took us to a salon where the lovely ladies did exactly as I wanted while he waited and got us back to the ship by 5pm with 30 mins to board. He’s a local and he knows the place well. He took us safely. For others like me that may not be able to afford all the high prices but would still like to have a good experience don’t hesitate to reach out to David. Support the local guy , if I ever visit again I’ll definitely call him. He’s now family. 🙏
David, thank you so much for such a wonderful tour and local life story. Thanks to you, we managed to do a lot - walked around the town, did a quick shopping, took a sun on the beach and swim in the ocean, tasting local hot chocolate, local cigar and of course mamahuana 😅! We met David for a private tour off our cruise ship. We asked him to show us the touristy things, but to focus on local life and he truly did that. We even went shopping in a local grocery store. Our experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend David. We will use him again when we return to the D.R. Do a tour with David and you won’t regret it.
